Azure AD Badge Holder

This is a 3D model of an ID holder with the Azure AD logo prominently displayed on its back. To get it to fit perfectly on an ID card, I scaled it down to 96% of its original size. To ensure that the design doesn't become too cramped or difficult to print, I experimented with different sizing options until I found a balance between tightness and readability. Ultimately, I decided to scale the ID holder to 0.99% of its original size, while keeping the logo at 0.97%. This compromise allows for a seamless fit without making it look too squished. To make this design more suitable for 3D printing, I divided it into two separate parts: the symbol and the badge holder. The symbol can now be printed flat, while the badge holder is designed to receive it once printed. This separation makes the entire process much easier and more efficient. In addition, I upgraded the font used in the design from its original version to OsiFont, which is specifically optimized for 3D printing. To ensure better readability, I also increased the size of the font to make it more legible even at smaller scales. You can find the revised design on GitHub at https://github.com/hikikomori82/osifont
