I created this design from scratch about a month ago as a favor for someone, yet it shares an uncanny resemblance with gamerl3 objects. To add some functionality, I included an STL file for the number. In theory, you should be able to print this object using a multi-material printer. Unfortunately, I don't have access to such equipment so instead, I printed the design, applied multiple coats of paint, and sanded it until all excess paint was removed. Printing the object on its side is recommended to achieve a uniform finish for both sides of the numbers.
