Azteeg X5 Smoothieboard Enclosure for Makergear M2 3D printer
thingiverse
I designed a simple enclosure for my Azteeg X5 mini smoothieboard stepper controller board, sourced from Panucatt. The project was born out of necessity, as I had to replace a faulty RAMBO board in my Makergear M2 printer due to recurring issues with USB communication during startup. To enhance heat dissipation, the 50mm x 10mm 12V fan is mounted at the top, positioned above the Azteeg X5 mini's heatsink, which itself is secured to the bottom of the PCB.
