AZSMZ Mini controller board and LCD board cases
thingiverse
I'm redesigning the casing for my AZSMZ Mini controller board and LCD display board, which I've opted for the 32-bit controller due to its high performance and low cost. This new board is powered by Smoothieware and has become the controller of choice for my Kossel 2020 delta printer build. A 40mm fan can be installed directly over the stepper motor drivers on this casing, ensuring efficient cooling. All the holes on these casings are intentionally drilled to accommodate an M3 thread. Even the mounting holes designed into the controller board cases were strategically placed to fit seamlessly onto a Kossel 2020 standard frame design. **Update V8 - A significant overhaul from previous versions:** The case layout was revised, featuring improved ventilation and optimized cable management for a cleaner and neater installation. Key changes include relocated outlet air vents, extended slots at the top for secure connector passage without obstructing the mounting process. I created these designs using DesignSpark Mechanical. If you need additional support or encounter any issues with printer assembly, kindly consult the included RSDOC file for guidance. **Instructions & Support:** Don't hesitate to seek assistance if needed – specific details may vary based on your 3D printer configuration.
