My friend's mtb light battery housing got trashed, so I offered to design a replacement. This new one is precision-made in AutoCAD and exported as an.stl file for 3D printing. Printed in PLA, it came out great, with two halves that interlock perfectly due to opposing recesses on the join faces - my printer's resolution made it seamless! I used Balco Aldi filament, which worked beautifully. To keep everything organized, I added supports around the cable entries.
