Axolote Hex Dungeon Set - Alternative Doors
thingiverse
I needed a hex tileset for my Gloomhaven game, so I backed the Axolote Hex project on Kickstarter. However, one thing I dislike about it is the doors - they are too small and awkward to fit a character in the door tile while opened. To solve this issue, I designed my own doors that work with Axolote Hex, focusing only on the dungeon package so far. There are six major wall pieces included, which should be sufficient for playing any Gloomhaven scenario. These consist of: - Two straight "C" walls with a door - Two straight "C" walls without a door - Four column "C" walls with a door - Six column "C" walls without a door - Two straight "A" walls with a door - Two straight "A" walls without a door Additionally, I included a remix door that can be used in conjunction with RobagoNs Stone Dungeon Door. This allows you to print the sides and attach them to create a door that covers three "C" slots or use it as an ABA version by printing the whole piece. To simplify the process of building columns, I also included some with attached bases, eliminating the need for attaching them separately each time. If you encounter any issues while printing these doors, please let me know. I would appreciate it if you could share your printed versions, too. Update: On April 5, 2019, I added ABA versions of RobagoNs Stone Dungeon Door and updated the pictures to provide a clear explanation for each door.
