I slightly widened the axles and added a stub to accept a 608 bearing, so I could run the below wheels on the trailer. Fasten with an M4 screw and washer. I also included a file to print spacers for the bearings as needed. The axle stub is a tiny bit longer than needed. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3774018
