Some people find issues with gear sizes and I am among them. The gear pinion floating guides, spring hex axle, cross members ... they are all mismatching. I have modified the following sizes to get a good fit: 1.gear pinion floating guides (-2% on x, y) 2.axle for gear pinion floating (-2% on x, y) 3.axle for spring (-5% x, y make sharft hex part smaller only, see remix) 4.axle for idler larger (-2% on x, y) 5.axle for front wheels (-4% x, y on sharft hex heads, +2mm to z length, see remix) 6.axle for rear wheels (-4% x, y on make sharft hex heads, +2mm to z length, see remix) 7.cross members (-2% on x, y) 8.wheel hub left/right (-1% on x, y) 9.wheel rims (keep the same) I have done the remix to shrink the hex parts for 3, 5, 6. You can resize the rest with just the print software scaling feature directly. These numbers suits my printer, but keep in mind that everyone's printer settings are different. Please do not hold me responsible for the inaccuracy. Play with the resizing a bit yourself.
