Axle for 608 bearing

I encountered problems using the bearing slots in the Lazy Susan Tool Organizer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2365907) due to bearings not rolling smoothly because they were stuck in the recess. To resolve this issue, I created an axle from a finger cap by adding two flat areas. The result is that the bearings now float above the recess and function effectively.
