An Endcap for My PPG Wheel Axles To protect my wheel axles, I designed a custom endcap with an M6 bolt that secures the bearing. The cap is designed to slide over the bolt, ensuring it stays in place even when removing the wheels. Painting the steel axle would make removal difficult. My inch chrome-molly axles are unique, requiring three custom versions for mine. To accommodate this variation, I created a 3D model of the endcap that users can customize using the provided SU file. For printing, I use TPU material and add a layer of protection by spraying WD-40 inside the tube and cap before assembly. This prevents any potential issues with friction or wear.
