To solve a lengthy design issue, I revamped it for optimal brevity, ensuring it wouldn't interfere with the pulley. Additionally, I reinforced the structure. This method is particularly beneficial for older, stretched belts. Simply print and mount the redesigned guide, mark drill locations, remove tensioner, drill holes, reassemble, and be cautious not to over-tighten the belt.
