Axial Wraith Winch Fairlead
thingiverse
This is a straightforward modification for the Axial Wraith. Primarily useful when using a servo winch setup, it's designed with the stock servo on axle configuration in mind. I haven't tested this setup with a CMS system, nor do I plan to install one on my own vehicle anytime soon. To assemble, I highly recommend enlarging the mounting holes on the Wraith to 3.0mm using a drill bit. Alternatively, you can use a 3mm screw and strip the hole completely if you don't have access to a drill. There are two versions of this modification: one for vehicles without stock front bumper light buckets, and another that moves the fairlead back and narrows it to accommodate the light buckets. You'll need to replace the screws with these: Version 1 (no lights): M3x8 Version 2 (lights): M3x12 When installing, be aware that the screws will create their own threads in the fairlead holes. Avoid overtightening, as this can cause damage. If you're an avid off-roader, feel free to use longer screws and locknuts for added security.
