Is a proof of concept. You'll only need three M2.5 screws, 5-8mm long. My settings are as follows: for "*Axial Spur Gear Cover 1", I'm using 0.15 layer height with 20% infill and supports; for "Axial Spur Gear Cover 2", I've got 0.15 layer height with 25% infill without supports. If you notice anything amiss, kindly send me a message, but rest assured that one test sample printed flawlessly.
