I've engineered a Servo on Axle mount specifically designed for the new style one-piece AR44 axles, which will not work on the separate C Hub axles. Two bolts provide sturdy support on the axle bracing, and a longer screw is required for the top link mount to ensure secure attachment. To optimize print strength, I printed mine at 0.16 layer height with 100% infill, carefully orienting the build plate so that the servo mounts are positioned as strongly as possible during the printing process.
