Axial SCX10 Battery Relocation Plate
thingiverse
I wasn't satisfied with the battery's placement on my Axial SCX10 Deadbolt, so I designed a plate to move it to the back of the transmission. This adjustment sets the battery perpendicular to the body and slightly lower than its original position, making it harder for the rig to fall backwards when navigating steep inclines. While not as effective as mounting in the front, relocating the battery also helped lower the center of gravity, which was a key goal. I chose 3mm hardware to attach the battery plate and secure it to the crossmember.
