Axial rr10 Bomber mini backhalf
thingiverse
I made this back half for my bomber to allow for more up-travel in the suspension. Side result is that it looks pretty cool. This does require trimming 2 spots on either side of the chassis that will no longer be used. I made it to include the original fuel cell, but that does require trimming the mount feet off of the cell to account for the thickness of the parts. I used the original screw for the front mount on the cell, and a longer screw and nut for the rear mount. If you leave the cell out, I would at least use a screw and nut to bolt those points together. Optionally, you can make spreaders like mentioned below. I used aluminum tube (6x2.5mm, threaded to m3) for the spreaders on the chassis (56mm long). Both versions install the same. The thick version I just added a little more meat to the design after my initial test.
