I needed to install an AXA Defender lock on my bike, but it wouldn't fit snugly against the frame due to clearance issues with the gear cable. To solve this problem, I created a custom plate that serves as a spacer between the lock and the frame. This plate is designed to match the shape of the back of the AXA bike lock precisely. I built up multiple areas on the plate to ensure a seamless fit around the bike's frame. For those who want to adapt this design to their own frames, I've exported the file in STEP format for easy modification. My bike frame's contour closely resembles the DXF file that I used as a reference. Initially, I loaded a plane-based outline from a DXF file.
