Surly Orgre seat stays have about 1cm more space between so I redraw your support. Made for AXA Block XXL I left enough space between the brackets and the frame tubes so that a 0,75mm rubber pad (worn out cycle tube) fits fine. Added Fusion360 file, so modify as needed.
