AX2 2 speed gearbox cover + servo mount

I have purchased the AX2 2-speed gearbox for my Axial SCX10 and found that the holes on the original Axial gearbox cover do not align with the mounting holes on the AX2. Additionally, the mount for the 50g servo is too long for my Proline Chevrolet Silverado body. I suspect this issue may be common among Honcho, Ford F150, or similar bodies. To resolve this problem, I designed a new cover that fits perfectly and a servo mount for a 9g servo. Although the servo mount is slightly larger than necessary, I am using it as a platform to mount my ESC. The cover itself could be slimmed down further, but I opted for a safer design to ensure there are no contacts between the gears and wall. I printed this part from clear PETG on my Anet A8 with a 0.5mm nozzle. Although I am still fine-tuning the settings for PETG, the part fits nicely under the motor mount after some adjustments. To assemble this cover, you will need six M3x8 screws, three M3 nuts, and two M3x25 screws, which replace the standard two M3x20 screws that hold the motor mount on the gearbox. These latter screws may need to be trimmed to M3x22 in size, depending on your specific setup. If you are using a stock clutch mount, this might not be necessary. Update: I have uploaded version 3 of the cover design, which features a slightly reduced space for the spur gear. This modification is aimed at accommodating batteries mounted in front of the transmission. The new design also includes a more robust base with a lip to improve stability and prevent bending. In my previous iteration, the first part was not sturdy enough, resulting in a slight gap between the two parts. Update 2: I have corrected the filename for version 3 from AX2-V3-8MM to AX2-V3-10MM, which is suitable for standard driveshafts. Additionally, I have uploaded an alternative version designed specifically for driveshafts with a diameter of 12mm. My MS Technology components do not fit within the space provided by the standard 10mm driveshafts, leaving only 1.3mm between the stock spur and the closest point on the driveshaft. In this variant, I have managed to position a 0.5mm wall in the available space without causing any contact issues with the spur or driveshaft. However, this is considered an experimental design, and your results may differ.
