Awning windows push rod and screen clips
thingiverse
This a push rod system for tree house awning windows. It work with a 3/4in wood rod. The exact assembly length might need adjustment for your window frame : when the window is closed, the folding joint (#2) need to be outside the frame, but still close to it so it can be fold and put in the holders. You can also play with the spacer thickness to achieve the right adjustments... It's functional but also delicate, but hey it's working fine for me ! I haven't snapped one yet, but kids and wife and hard time understanding the way it fold, but now it's OK. Must be printed in PETG, maybe ABS, but PLA is too stiff and the joint #2 will snap if bent the wrong way. I recommend printing the part the way they are in the STL, 100% infill, but have it your way. Use M2 stainless steel screws and nylon lock nuts to assemble the joints. Use small wood screws for window and rod attachment, pre-drill holes on the rod before screwing. You can use the drilling gig and mounting guide for the rod attachment.
