The card holder is a customized take on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1109083. Two versions of the card holder exist: a single piece and one split into two parts that are meant to be glued together. I don't have access to a large enough print bed to print the entire thing at once. The rest of the design is mainly filler space, used to keep the cards in place while also providing room for pens or other items like stretch goal content from Kickstarter.
