This is a scanned reproduction of one of the headlight eyebrows for the Toyota MR2 mk1. The original piece that I copied is made of TPU and it didn't want to hold quite the right shape during scanning, so the curve of this reproduction isn't quite perfect. If you print this out of TPU again that shouldn't be an issue, but if you use a non-flexible filament you'll have to heat the finished piece and mold it to the mounting bracket. I attached the metal strip from the original mounting hardware to the eyebrow and softened it with a heat gun to get it close enough, but you could also mount it directly to the car and then heat it. Be careful not to overheat your paint, and don't melt the edges of the eyebrow too much as they'll gladly curl up.
