AVR programming shield
thingiverse
Does the world really need another AVR programming shield? Probably not... But I still had a blast making this one, which gave me some valuable practice milling double-sided circuit boards using my MPCNC. This shield uses an Arduino Uno, combined with the example sketch called ArduinoISP. After flashing the sketch, the Uno plus shield can be used as a standalone AVR programmer - no need to use the Arduino IDE. There's also an 8-pin DIL socket for ATtiny85 chips and a 6-pin ISP header for other AVR chips.
