You can use this AVR 6 pin ICSP socket cover for any non-AVR socket purposes without hesitation. Simply slide it in and out with ease, thanks to its smooth design. A small lip on the cover allows you to pull it out using your fingernails if needed. While it doesn't fall out when shaken upside down, be aware that this is an interference fit - which means it can be a bit finicky about matching socket types.
