Two car wheels, front and rear - Avon CR6 ZZ 6.00 L 15 (front) and 7.00 L 15 (rear) tires mounted on 15-inch Borrani rims. The Avon CR6 ZZ is a series of road-legal radial competition tyres specifically designed for classic performance cars. Geometry: Each wheel features 17,072 polygons and 17,867 vertices. Characteristics: This polygonal model (comprising quads and tris) was originally created in 3ds Max. A staggering 99% plus quads comprise the overall design. The tread is meticulously modeled using only quads. Included materials are default, V-Ray, and mental ray, which offer versatility for diverse render applications. Scale accuracy is achieved by scaling to real-world dimensions in metric units. Models are precisely placed near or above ground level to minimize unnecessary complexities. Technical specifications: The model does not include isolated vertices, overlapping vertices, or faces. This means that upon opening, users will encounter no errors whatsoever, without the need for special plugins. A total of two multi-materials, each with six submaterials, add a layer of realism to the overall design. Seven textures in PNG format are utilized - ranging from 1024x1024 to 4096x4096 - for various purposes like normals, diffuse, bump, and reflection maps. Model components are expertly named and carefully arranged to ensure compatibility with very high-definition render requirements. Upon purchasing this model, a downloadable zip file called avontires-dirtnew is made available. This additional package includes 'new tire' and 'used/dirty tire' textures, which can be seamlessly integrated into the existing setup by replacing corresponding files already in use. High-quality renders were generated using 3ds Max 2013 with V-Ray 2.4 software and the included 'new tire' textures.
