This charming two-seater was designed by Egon Brütsch for Société Air Tourist between 1955 and 1958, only reaching prototype stage despite several versions being made. Although multiple car models were discovered during my research, I found no records indicating the exact number produced. Some variants featured two headlights. The engine options ranged from a 125cc or 150cc or 250cc single-cylinder unit, sourced from Lambretta, Maico, Sachs, or Ydral scooters. The vehicle boasted three forward gears but lacked reverse gear, and it was chain-driven. Wheelbase measurements varied between 1470mm and 1585mm as observed in images. The length, width, track width, and height were 2400mm, 1350mm, 1200mm, and 1050mm respectively. Ground clearance seemed to be around 180mm but appeared lower in some instances. The fuel tank held 8 liters with a 2-liter reserve. The microcar predominantly featured a three-wheeler tadpole configuration (two front, one rear wheel) with an additional spare under the hood. One unique example had two closely spaced wheels at the back resembling the BMW Isetta. The 10" rims accommodated tires with high sidewalls; however, specific tire information remained elusive. The body was constructed from fibreglass and polyester, adorned with chrome trim and a round rubber (possibly) bumper surrounding the vehicle. Torsion arm front suspension, similar to the old VW beetle but likely utilizing Neidhart spring system, was employed. The rear trailing arm suspension featured rubber rings for shock absorption. Drum brakes were fitted on all wheels. As inconsistencies in specifications were found across various images, primarily in French text I couldn't comprehend, the provided model represents the vehicle as accurately as possible.
