Here is a replacement nose cone for the Avios Bush Mule Hobbyking model. I had to get one after my drone crashed and Hobbyking was out of stock. For minimal weight, use two perimeters and two top-bottom layers with 10% infill. To save even more weight, you can reduce infill above 25mm by using multiple processes in Simplify3D. Support should not be necessary.
