I use a simple plug that fits snugly into the spoilboard clamp holes to keep chips from slipping away below. The sizing is carefully tailored off of the provided spoilboard file by AVID. When cutting aluminum and dust collection isn't being used, these plugs are essential to my operation. My control cabinet sits underneath the spoilboard, making it crucial that I prevent chips from falling down and getting inside the cabinet.
