This is a replacement frame for Ray-Ban Aviator lenses in case your original frame has been damaged beyond repair. A thin filament of 1.75mm diameter serves as the hinge pin. If you're having trouble inserting the lenses, try soaking them in hot water or using a heat gun with caution to ease the process. You can also modify the curve of the temples if you're not satisfied with the fit. For optimal printing results, it's recommended to use PVA as your support material. Otherwise, be sure to follow these specific settings below. Cura Settings (for the frame) Layer Height: Set at 0.1mm or 0.06mm for best results. Support Material: Enable this feature to ensure a sturdy print. Support Density: Adjust to 20% for optimal support. Support Z Distance: Set to 0.2mm to prevent support material from interfering with the print. Support Horizontal Expansion: Expand by 0.5mm to accommodate any irregularities in the frame. Enable Support Interface: Activate this feature to secure the support material to the print bed. Support Interface Thickness: Set to 0.4mm for optimal adhesion. Support Interface Density: Increase to 100% for maximum stability. Brim: Apply a 1mm brim around the frame to prevent adhesion issues.
