<p>The photo is of a 25% scale print. I have also done 50%, 35% and 18%. The big ones are easier to do and come out more scale looking. I added a couple photos of the real ones I used as a reference. I used my peltor radio hearing protectors for most measurements and guessed at the ones for the mike and boom.</p> <p>If you search "Gary" on thingiverse you will find the pilot.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><h3>Category: R/C Vehicles Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong> Anet A8</p> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong> 0.2mm</p> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>It is modelled full scale...just scale it to whatever size you need..same for the pilot.</p> <p>For the electrical wires on the full scale they are about 3 to 4mm and the headband wire 2 mm. The closer you can get them to scale the more realistic the will look.</p> <p>I know there is room for improvement so feel free to remix it.</p> <p>Have fun..let me know how it goes.</p>
