The picture is a 25% scale print-out. I have also done 50%, 35%, and 18% versions. The larger ones are easier to create and come out looking more in-scale. I added a few photos of the real models that served as my reference points. For most measurements, I used my Peltor radio hearing protectors; for the mic and boom, I made educated guesses. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Resolution: 0.2mm Notes: It's modeled at full scale - simply scale it to whatever size you need; same for the pilot. For the electrical wires on the full-scale model, they're approximately 3-4 mm thick, and the headband wire is about 2 mm. The closer you can get them to scale, the more realistic they'll look. I'm aware that there's room for improvement, so feel free to remix it. Have fun with it - let me know how it goes.
