Navigators among the Aventine warhosts that particularly excel at demolitions and close-quarters combat are often assembled into Incursor squads - battlefield engineers and explosives teams. Each is unique, and given leeway over its composition in a way unlike the rest of the more regimented Aventine Dynasties. Most commonly, they are found equipped with ionic shotrifles - a lighter form of the ion cannons available on Aventine craft - that fire at a far accelerated, if perhaps less powerful, rate than the standard Navigator multispectrum rifles. Many a Field Captain leading Incursors requisitions the use of Incendiary troopers, who use disintegrators that fire flammable acids to cleanse areas of flora, and Navigators in Storm Armour to safely drill and mine out areas. Veterans of the Third Sykaran War, the Navigator Engineers under the command of Field Captain Acatha have endured through constant war, surviving the unrelenting slaughter of the Skjalos Empire. Acatha’s Incursors have found themselves meeting the brutal Skjalos Legionaries and degenerate mutate-cultists of Mikaelhelde face-to-face more times than fingers can count - yet with all the equipment at their disposal, it is their experience as a unit that keeps them alive. This kit contains all the required components to build a Field Captain, three Navigator Engineers, two Incendiary Engineers and two Storm Navigators, and includes 28.5mm hexagonal bases with recesses for 4x2mm cylindrical magnets.
