The journey's end unfolds, a poignant moment for Tony Stark as seen in the latest Avengers: Endgame trailer. The trailer reveals his Mark 50 helmet lying shattered on the ground after he activates it to record a message for Pepper Potts. To replicate this look, I've created an instructable detailing how to make your own version of this iconic helmet. This project took me approximately four days to complete, but the design process shaved off a day. The original Mark 50 helmet design is courtesy of Thingiverse and Damask props. I merely imported it into Fusion 360, removed the damaged sections, and added the broken tech components protruding from its sides. For an authentic fit, I recommend printing this model at 110% scale or higher to ensure a snug fit on your head.
