<p><strong>About</strong></p><p>A simple hinged mount for Auxbeam 6-gang switch control onto the coin-tray of the Jeep Cherokee KL. &nbsp;</p><p>This design eliminates the need for drilling into the console, allows the panel to remain reasonably within reaching distance yet also staying out of the way, and also still permits easy access to the coin-tray release.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Printing</strong></p><p>Printed with PETG @20% infill with supports. &nbsp;<br>[My printer seems to like printing max 165mm/s to prevent prints from curling and crashing]</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Installation</strong></p><p>Control switch is attached to mount using adhesive Velcro; mount is attached to coin-tray using adhesive Velcro as well.</p><p>Cable is routed under carpet, then up under the console and through the hood release cutout.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I originally intended to create some kind of hinged legs to swing out between the two piece and latch for rigidity, but so far I'm liking the free-hanging hinge for better tactile hand control versus pointer finger precision based requiring taking focus off the road.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
