Aux to Lightning Dongle Keychain

Aux to Lightning Dongle Keychain

I lose my 3.5 mm to Lightning dongle too much, and I started to keep it in my wallet, but that combo was annoying to have in my pocket, so I made this. It's inspired by the Dongle Dangler ([Amazon Link](https://www.amazon.com/B01MSYT8HH)) so if you want a more sturdy metal version of this check it out. I recommend printing this lengthwise and not base to aux tip. I printed one to test the base to aux print direction, and it snapped like a cracker when I applied minimal force. Still, lengthwise doesn't change the fact that it's plastic. Just keep that in mind. A potential upgrade would be adding a small hole through the part for a tiny metal rod to add rigidity. I'll keep this page updated with any new ideas I have to improve it. **I'm not liable for it breaking and getting stuck in the adapter, so use at your own risk.** In order to print it lengthwise, I used supports under the jack. If you do this, you may need to do some light sanding (not too much), in order to make it fit without damaging the dongle. To achieve a stronger piece, I did 100% infill and the smallest resolution available for my Ender 3 (0.12 mm). If you have trouble with adhesion, try using a raft, I had no trouble as the supports added enough adhesion to keep it stable, but I also applied glue stick to my glass bed as an extra measure of caution. I hope this helps solve any problem you may have and check out the Dongle Dangler on Amazon because this was inspired by that, and I'm not trying to rip them off (please don't sue me).
