This collection comprises 23 leaf models, each accompanied by eight high-quality textures (total of 184 textures), representing both front and back faces. The low-poly geometry is designed to avoid flat, unrealistic appearances while closely adhering to the opacity masks, thus reducing render times for overlapping objects. The package includes all 184 textures in Albedo, translucency, normal, opacity mask, and thickness map formats. It is compatible with Vray (3.6+) and 3dsMax (2016 or later), as well as Maxwell (3.2+) and 3dsMax (2016 or later). Pre-applied materials for Vray and Maxwell are provided in respective scenes, along with .mat libraries for both rendering engines. Individual leaves are available in separate .max files, with one scene each for Vray and Maxwell. Additionally, there are eight 'patch' files containing various combinations of leaves that can be used with popular scattering plugins to create realistic landscapes quickly (see product images for available patches). These patch files have been generated using rigid body simulation for accurate stacking. Two pile patches are also included, ideal for mimicking the way leaves accumulate at sidewalk borders. The patches are available in FBX and MXS formats, with the latter being particularly useful as they include material assignments, allowing easy utilization in any 3D application with Maxwell plugins without additional work. Leaves are provided in OBJ and MXS formats individually, while seven Skatter presets for Maxwell scattering plugin (useful in Sketchup) are included. Standalone MXM (Maxwell material files) are also provided. To avoid missing texture errors when using MXS files as references, ensure the textures folder is located in the same directory as the MXS files.
