Here we have a current project that's a reconstruction, unfortunately I've been hit with massive attacks on my computer again. So I'm releasing data here without any connection. We have an autonomous continuous furnace made up of two parts - it can be opened with a hinge. We want to melt material in the continuous furnace using a unique approach compared to conventional technologies, where we only have a set of melting tanks - each with a capacity of 5 kilograms - filled with finely granulated metals and materials that are pre-shredded and then ground. We can electronically scrap and completely shred materials, grind them into granules, melt the material in the continuous furnace, and burn off undesired substances. That's why we use an interior thermal system to extract resulting gases in a concentrated manner and separate residues from the air. For example, electronic scrap can be finely ground as granules and then melted into 5-kilogram bars. We can continue to separate metals seamlessly through electrolysis, which results in high-purity copper, brass, aluminum, etc., like so-called electrolyte copper that's highly pure! First off, the components here are complete - the upper part of the furnace, lower part of the furnace, and inner lining. Other groups are still missing, though, such as the hot zone lining with furnace bricks, the extraction of pollutant gases, fuel gases, burners with gas and oxygen. There's also no granule supply or pouring devices: we can specifically use the melts for die casting or sand casting - but only bars, not raw materials. The concept allows for controlled use across all temperatures - we can process different melts at the same time. A form for producing external stove bricks is already included - beech wood step, IGS, STL.
