Automatic Zen Magnet Cleaner
thingiverse
This design automates the time-consuming task of cleaning magnet poles. I created it to efficiently clean 216 magnets in approximately seven minutes, utilizing the Zen Magnets microfiber cloth - any other microfiber cloth can be used for this purpose. A video showcasing the cleaner in action is available on YouTube at https://youtu.be/X3t2S8-REVI. Note that the "16 sprocket" was printed with a 0.2mm nozzle, but it should still function properly when printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. In addition to the 3D printed parts, this project requires several components: - A 5v DC power supply - Arduino code is included in the thing files - Various wires - A 28BYJ stepper motor - An ULN2003 stepper motor driver board - A standard 180 degree servo motor - A small binder clip
