Automatic Pet Feeder Parts
thingiverse
These are the 3D printed parts I designed to convert a Zervo Dry Food Dispenser into an automatic pet feeder that's sure to impress your furry friends. The feeder is powered by a Raspberry Pi, Geared Motor, and Relay Board, all working together in perfect harmony to dispense food three times a day and send a picture via email every time it does so. More information on this project can be found at the imgur link provided below: https://imgur.com/a/ttmov. ### Printing Notes ### The food chute is printed in 3 pieces for ease of printing, then glued together to create a seamless experience. The Pet Feeder Chute Ring is glued to the Pet Feeder Chute Top only at the center/rear of the ring, allowing the sides to be squeezed together and inserted into the bottom of the dispenser hopper with ease. The mount for the internal electronics is also printed in 2 pieces for ease of printing, then glued together to create a sturdy base. I have not tested the coupler for the motor yet, but it should work as expected.
