We CADSON Engineering design a conveyor system based on your Single Leaf painting line requirement. Then, according to the information you provided, we design the system according to the drying time and temperature of the enamel paint. Later, we contacted a Chinese company to compare our design. And study design and documentation from them. There we see their oven is 4 x 4 meters and here the material stays for a minute. After that we contacted the technical people of Berger Bangladesh and talked to them and according to their information, we realized that they have a paint, which dries in 30 seconds and according to their information the Chinese design seems to be correct. Since Berger has colors and the Chinese design seems small and economical, we thought this design was right.Painting line for single leaf is specially designed for single leaf, mainly used for painting in auto leaf spring andsimilar long strip work pieces. It adopts single leaf putting, spray gun moves automatically according to the leaflength. It has the advantages: short time, painting evenly, operating easily, lower energy consumption etc.Automatic turnover (is Optional) when single leaf painting. To meet the needs of the user workshop area, we can design and developed turnover device for single leaf with lifting function. When painting assembly, this device falls below the conveying chain and does not affect the passage of the assembly. In this way, the assembly can be painted manually in the painting room. This can greatly reduce the painting area and reduce the cost. The painting room area is 4m X 3.6m X 3.5m, larger and higher than the paint line for single leaf, to convenient manual painting for assembly in the painting room.
