If you want fresh Herbs or Flowers in Your Kitchen but don't have the Green Thumb, Not Enough Light or Just Not the Time then this is the Solution! With this pot you can easily grow your Herbs starting with seeds or already grown Plants. You don't have to water it very often, just add a cord to the Pot (see instructions for details) and Water will flow from the saucer to the soil in your Pot (works with cavity). The water-level indicator will show you when it's time to refill Water in the saucer. With the attached LED light (common flexible USB Light for laptop, e.g. from a big Swedish furniture shop), You don't need a window or Natural Light. Just add a timer to your USB power supply and You have Your own little sun! And if You forgot the Candles for Your romantic Dinner then You probably could Sell this as a Very individual Lamp! If you want to start with seeds, then just fill soil in the pot, put your Seeds in it and transform the pot into a Mini-greenhouse with one or two layers of cling film and the cling film holder. If You like to give it Your personal Touch, print the "water level indicator deco" It contains a square 2x2mm where You can insert a small deco like an elephant or flower, I already uploaded. Just make sure it's not too heavy. If You don't want to use a light then print the pot without the clip (Plantpot_plain). Instructions: -printed with 15% infill -2 solid layers bottom and top (make 3 for the saucer if you have problems with watertight printing) -0.3mm layer height -first time printed in PLA with support, but design should print without -print the water-level indicator without invisil If You want the best result for the water-level indicator Use ABS for the level Indicator due to its lower density and thus weight. Use a wire to get the cord through the bottom of the pot like shown in the picture. Make a short bend at the front to get it through, then hang in your cord, close the wire and pull it back. The holder for the LED light fits tight. Start from one side and be gentle. Use a file or sandpaper if You don't get it snapping in. There are three versions of the pot: Plantpot_led is for smaller plants, Plantpot_led2 is for taller plants, The clip is near the upper side of the pot and allows you to put the LED-light higher. If You don't want to use an LED light then take Plantpot_plain; it's without the clip. To turn Your Pot into a greenhouse simply take cling film, one or two layers, depending on its thickness place it over the pot, push the cling film holder over it and cut the excess cling film.
