This is a precision-crafted automatic flag raising system, powered by three high-torque servos: one continuous-duty motor for smooth operation, and two robust standard servos for added reliability. The machine effortlessly raises the flag, unfolding it with ease, while performing the reverse motion when lowering it back into its protective enclosure. I've successfully integrated a Wemos D1 mini microcontroller to enable seamless control via WiFi connectivity. To assemble this innovative system, begin by securely mounting the servos onto the platform base. Next, attach the pre-assembled flag boxes together, followed by attaching the entire box assembly to the platform. Then, secure the doors to the flag box and join them with a door splice (using high-strength adhesive). Finally, attach the servo arm and link to the door mechanism. Afterwards, connect the servo wires to the microcontroller, ensuring secure connections, and finally place the housing over the entire assembly to complete this automated flag raising system.
