With this autolock nut, you can utilize the classic M4 nut in profile 30x30, commonly used on 3D printers such as the Rebel 2. It is usable without removing adjacent profiles for access to the groove. Simply insert the complete assembly (this unit with M4 nut and screw) into the groove and turn it! That's all.
