AutoInjector Prototype

I attempted to design a spring/trigger mechanism similar to the Autoject EI. These devices enable users to easily administer medications like insulin or epinephrine with ease. The project involves several components. *The injector body serves as a casing for all internal parts. *The plunger and firing button assembly (blue in the image) houses the springs and plunger rod, while also holding the trigger button in place. *The plunger rod pushes the syringe to deliver medicine; it's powered by compressing two springs. *The spring holders (top and bottom) balance the set of springs on the plunger rod for optimal performance. *The indicator (yellow in the image) acts as a barrier between the plunger rod and syringe base, aiding in measuring needle depth. Unfortunately, this project far exceeded my CAD skills, so I'm hoping someone can take over where I left off and make this product accessible to those who cannot afford commercial alternatives.
