Autococker E-Blade Solenoid Gasket

This is a 3D printable replacement for the E-Blade solenoid gasket. The Eclipse E-Blade is an electronic trigger frame + eye system available for Autocockers, which are paintball markers from the early 2000s. It is compatible with the E-Blade E1, E2, and Worr Blade frames.I believe this gasket will actually work but I have been unable to fully test it yet. When I created this, I was troubleshooting a solenoid gasket leak which actually turned out to be a couple of other issues that caused it (not an actual gasket failure). I did swap in the 3D printed version of the gasket, but it made no difference to my leak, which showed me that the problem wasn't with the gasket itself, but was elsewhere leading to overpressurization of the solenoid. I believe this 3D printable version will be useful to others even just for troubleshooting.I've uploaded two versions - one that is completely flat, and one that has the little gasket ridge that mimics the original. The ridges are 0.4 mm in width, so they should be able to print correctly and seal, but YMMV depending on how dry your TPU is. The cover photo shows the flat version on the left, with the ridged version on the right. My ridged one. You can see my TPU had absorbed moisture so the quality of the ridged one wasn't great. The SMC part number for the gasket itself from the original manufacturer is SYJ3000-14-2. The solenoid that this goes with (used in the E-Blade) is SMC SYJ3140-VG-X70-Q.Motivation: This gasket is a tiny part but it's impossible to get in Canada without paying like $60 to get one shipped from the US, so I decided to design a knock off and print it myself.Printing: Optimized for 0.4mm nozzles, print with 0.1 or 0.2mm layer height. Print this super slow! Like 20mm/s or lower. The slower you print, the better the quality of this print will be since the features are so small. I also recommend printing like 6 at a time, to increase layer cooling time and so you can use whichever one turns out best.Material: TPU or TPE recommended. Installation: Remember to grease the gasket before you install it, just as you would with the stock E-Blade solenoid gasket.
