Autobot Key Cover

UPDATE: 02/13/19: ABKC_LP2 was added to give a little more room for the key to come down, especially if you're having trouble with the cover interfering with the key entering the lock fully. I didn't have trouble with the original, but it occurred to me that the edge of the key cover is right on the edge where the key seats when it's fully inserted in the lock. Depending on your layer width when slicing, you may see more or less of the feature that retains the key (bottom part of circle cut out). Used MrSnoWie's awesome Autobot design to make a custom cover for my house key. There are two versions available - a thick version and a low profile version. You can tell which one it is from the file name. I'll give the thick version to friends since they won't have it on their key chain, and they'll be able to easily identify whose house it belongs to. Print 2 of these face down, with no supports and without a top layer. Then put your key in place, apply some hot glue, and sandwich your key between two covers. Don't block the hole in the head for the key ring with the glue. Suggestions are welcome, and I hope you enjoy using this design! BTW, changed the locks and didn't throw away the old key... that key in the picture has no matching lock!
