autobed leveling servo-mount/holder | for i3 rework | ch1t0 extruder
thingiverse
To utilize auto-bed leveling on my i3 rework, I created a servo-mount that's not 100% precise due to ruler measurements. Applying slight force may be necessary for the servo slot. This design is compatible with ch1t0's extruder. You'll also need Zennmaster's Z-probe holder and potentially longer bolts for the X-Carriage, along with two nuts. Print the servo mount and Zennmaster's Z-probe holder from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222861). Secure the servo in the holder using screws, then attach the Z-probe holder (with endstop) to the servo. Mount the assembly at the rear of the hotend on X-Carriage bolts and tighten with nuts. For visual aid, refer to the pictures; for further instructions, consult Zennmaster's videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awsI9bMndJA, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6msLOR_EfKc, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpiOsetkIRg.
