Auto Wiper for Makerbot Replicator 2

I got tired of constantly wiping away the oozing filament from the nozzle at the start of printing so I decided to create a solution that would do it for me automatically. The wiper mounts neatly onto the control rod mount as shown in the video and photo. I designed and printed it on my MakerBot Replicator 2 using Cura, modifying the initial G-code to -130 instead of -112 to ensure the extruder moved over the high-temperature silicone wiper during startup. If you want to make your own, you can use a variety of silicone gasket kits or simply repurpose one of your wife's rubber spatulas and cut it to size.
