A buddy of mine asked for some clips for his car, so I decided to give making them a shot. He claimed they worked just fine. I printed the first one with supports in place, but due to the clip's super-thin design, it was tough to remove the supports from the print. So, I printed another one without any supports at all. There were a couple of droopy spots here and there, but that didn't stop them from doing their job just as well. It's best to orient these clips so they stand on one edge. To get the finer details right, I used a 0.1mm layer height. Also, I went with ABS because it's way stronger than PLA and flexes a lot better too.
