I work at a hotel, where most rooms feature heat lamps controlled by timer switches that I maintain. The original knobs on these switches are notoriously fragile and frequently break, prompting the maintenance staff to search for replacements. I've successfully printed replacement knobs using various types of PLA plastic, requiring no support structure and achieving excellent results with twenty percent infill.
